If only I had…

If only I had sufficient fund [which is banyak banyak banyak cash in hand XD), I'd buy:-

i) Nicholas Sparks' Novels

-I was strolling in both mph and popular and I was very enticed by them XD Reading the synopsis alone gave me the thrill and suspence =P Kee kee kee...

ii) Diablo's Collector Series

- A composition of many great and not to mention, action packed novels. Aye, I really love Diablo, I mean not him, but the books, games etc

iii) Dragon realm [ I think it's called Dragon realm, I forgot actually...]

- Intrigues me =) Feel like reading it…

iv) The time machine

- I’m hunting for it high and low but to no avail…=( Futile pursuit ler…

Mwahahaha!

Mwahahaha! By the Lord’s grace and mercy, I excelled in my Programming Technique 1 ;) WOOHOO! I thought I’d be able to perform moderately for this quiz…in fact, I was preparing myself for the workshop =P (Workshops are meant to be attended by people who fail to perform well). So anyway, my initial mark was 63.5%. I was thankful enough adeela, since I’ve hit the minimum target viz 60%. However, our lecturer requested us to hand our answer script in for another remark, so I handed in lor. During the next session, my lecturer dropped the paper onto my desk and my jaw literally DROPPED when I saw the paper! A whooping amount of 80.5%!!!O_O WOOHOO! Lesson 1: Always remember to pray ;)

Oh and by the way, I’m reading on the Excorcist by William Peter Blatty(I think that’s the name) and I’m almost done with it! Very…(you fill it in yourself). Reviewing my life in UTM, I personally think that it revolves around reading, and  more reading and much much more reading. =) My eyes seem to be pretty blurry nowadays, wonder if it’s time for me to put on specs…*sigh* Nevertheless, I can still see pretty girls with absolute clarity =P

I’ll be having another quiz next week, err…Digital Logic, a subject which totally’s screwed my mathematics…In kindy, I learned that 1+1=2, In Church, I was taught that the concept of the Trinity is 1+1+1=1, and now in Uni, I’ve been taught that 1+1=0 O_O! What’s wrong with numbers? But aye, I can distinguish la =P LOL! Just to make you guys laugh only mer ;) Kasih ler chance =P

Whenever I’m in lethargic mode, I always remind myself of this verse, Phil 3:14 =D Praise God for His Word! =D Prayer meet tonight! WOOHOO! =D

Phew….

I’m exceedingly tired…Quizzes just passed me through and thankfully, I passed through them, and I made them flew with colours ;) Hee! 4.0 That shall be my focus point from this day henceforth! Being a software developer in the making, it’s totally ALRIGHT when it comes to ‘typo’ error =P As long as people get the message =P And YES! I’ve started to write my own programs! =DD Totally Groovy XD.

Oh, and I’ve watched the Mummy =D. Hee, since the last movie I watched was Hancock, a movie which I didn’t really enjoy, The Mummy sure did entertain me ;) I pity the poor guy who sat next to me, his name’s Von-whenever it was during some suspence moment, I couldn’t help it but to bodyslam him…oh poor guy…Hee. I’m tired…

Diablo III!

Eeps! *gasps for air* I thought that Diablo III is just my dream, and most of the articles that I’ve read had already killed my frail hope. A big BUT, Blizzard just rekindled my hope! =D Diablo III is being developed! =D I still remember the very first time I bought my computer, it was a Celeron and my first game was none other than Diablo II =D I’ve fallen in love with the game ever since then and I’m a great fan of its books too! =D

A picture is better than a thousand words. Let you see for yourself. [Do check out www.blizzard.com]

Pretty leh =P

Pretty leh =P

Just another pretty lady =P
So you’ve seen for yourself the wonders and the beauty of Diablo III =D Play the game or not, you determine. ;)

I’ve got a new buddy.

*quirks a faint smile* It’s wonderful seeing God’s promises being fulfilled isn’t it? =D One new thing has been added into my life by God viz my Toshiba Laptop =D Yes, I just got my new buddy and I decided to call it my buddy because it sure looks tough =P I bought it for RM2.3k and the specs are as follow

i) Intel Pentium Duo Core

ii) 1.73 Ghz for the Processor Speed

iii) 1.5GB DDR2 RAM

iv) 120GB SATA Hard Disk Drive

v) Misc, you’ll have to ask me if you want to know more.

Oh yes, the other day I attended a session of the English debate and I was stunned at the way they debated. The way they spoke was quicker than lightning! I was totally both lost and stunned during the middle of the debate. Hrm…did they fail to achieve what debate’s supposed to achieve viz getting the message across? :p Oops. I think I’ll be part of this club =D

Oh and for the moment , I’ll be using Skype and gmail chatting feature for chatting because I don’t have Windows Live, and it seems that Windows Messenger is playing a fool with me. I’m so so so sorry. It’s not that I’ve totally forgotten and forsaken the land of Penang, it’s just that the wifi in UTM is quite troublesome to gain access.

So yes, I believe that I’ll be ‘richer’ sooner =P LOL! Believe in the content of this verse ;) “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and all these will be added to ye” ;D

A Walk To Remember

So Nicholas Sparks can be really good at making people feel all low and at the same time, contented. I have to admit, I’ve never read a book this fast! I finished it in 2 days! O_O What a pace! The reason why I finished the book this fast was that I didn’t want to lose momentum of the storyline and  that I carried the book with me all the time. O.o Christopher? Carrying a book with him all the time? Oh no, has he turned into a nerd or some weird geek? Nono, don’t misunderstand. It’s just that “A walk to remember” is more addictive than drugs. =P

A walk to remember…to me, saying it a beautiful masterpiece would be an understatement. Initially, my sis recommended me to watch the movie, so the initial stage was that I downloaded the movie. Having watched the movie and having sobbed over the movie, I finally resolved that it’s not enough to own the soft copy. So I placed my order for the DVD via MPH and woohoo, I got it! But aye, everyone’s saying that I should read the book! At first, I wanted to buy it, but the cover was a bit disintegrated, so I walked away.

In UTM, I borrowed the book from my most adored library, Perpustakaan Sultanah Zanariah and I’ve never regretted making that decision! =D My life’s very blessed through the book! Although the book made me felt low, I mean come to look at it this way – I know the type of lady I wish for and I won’t be easily tossed in the waves of Eves anymore! =D

Jaw-drop!

Alright, I want to apologize for not updating this site for God knows how many decades…I’m still alive, so be at ease =P See, I’ve been so busy with my PTPTN loan stuff and my assignments…Ugh X_X PTPTN is driving me crazy…

ARGH!PALAPES[Pasukan Latihan Pegawai Simpanan aka Reserved Officers Training Unit] failed to inform me of their schedule for physical test and medical checkup! When I went to enquire, they simply said, “Oh,kamu sudah miss kedua-duanya, kami tidak terima orang lagi” Ish! Main-main with me eh! Ahh, nevermind, perhaps it’s not in the best interest of God for me. =)

I’ve made many new friends, mandarin speaking chinese friends =P Hey you can try me out man, my mandarin’s improved since I first arrived in UTM! My vocabs aren’t as limited as before and I ~think~ I can express myself better in mandarin adee =P

N4 cell group has been a real blessing to me! =D The people are very warm and they do take me out for dinner and supper occasionally. Oh oh, after coming to Johore, I developed a crave for ‘ROTI BOM’ O_O It’s not my first time eating roti bom, but I don’t understand why am I craving for it now…One more thing…I think my metabolism rate just got elevated…I can’t seem to be filled after every meal, no matter how much I eat….T.T I just hope my wallet doesn’t tear apart…

Yesterday[19/07/08], I went early to City Harvest just to help out and boy, to my amazement…:-

a) The movers- A bunch of youngsters who functions almost similar to the media crew back in RGBC. The amazing point is that they were there around 12pm to set up when the service actually begins at 4pm! The way they setup the sound system was SUPERB! The dedication that they were willing to offer simply amazes me!

b) The worship team- A versatile, God-given group of musicians who performs in a co-ordinated manner during practice and emulate it spiritually during worship! O_O My jaw simply…dropped! Not that I want to compare, but when I look back at our Frontliner’s Worship Team, there’s so much room for improvement!

c) Ushers- A group of young people, who arrange the seats in the sanctuary. Think it’s easy? Simply arrange? Nonono…Every inch was marked with precision…The array of chairs were arranged properly, systematically!

d) Service- It is really interesting, to see a bunch of leaders, taking turns to lead during the service, from scripture reading + explanation to the preaching of the Word. During the announcement, it’s really an innovative style of making announcements. 2 girls went up the stage and they basically ‘acted’ the announcement out!

The sermon that I heard yesterday was really a breakthrough for me. A similar passage taken from Matthew-Parable of the Sower, was preached in a whole new aspect and it really opened up both my eyes and mind. [Do check out heartsongs-to-Christ]

I thank God for assimilating me to the body of City Harvest. I pray that I’ll function properly and that I’ll glorify His name. Above all else, I pray that I’ll ~grow~! There are many areas in my life which require…rectification =D

Church-day

Alright, so I made my way to City Harvest Skudai yesterday, of course with the help of Bro Stephen =P The church is situated in the middle of JB, which is obviously FAR from my campus but aye, distance isn’t an issue when it comes to seeking His face! =D

So what happened in City Harvest? Alright, I tapped and learned a lot from the way they worshipped, and 3/4 of them were really passionate and exuberant for the Lord =D Praise be to Jesus! =D I suppose I’ll stick to this church throughout my entire Uni life, since most of her people are actually from UTM itself. I felt like a ‘baby’ in the church, mind you though, being a ‘baby’ doesn’t denote that I’m a childish or naive person, it’s the feeling of being totally ‘new’ =P Yes, I did feel a bit awkward but the feeling abated not too long later.

After which, N2 and N4 went to have dinner together and we had a FUN time together la =D Then…balik and popped in one panadol and TIDOR =P

Hrm…deep down within me, there’s a desire to serve, but it seems to me that there are too many hindrances and issues to be taken into account. Transport, time, etc seem to be getting into my way…Can’t really find a balance between all those stuff…*sigh*

But all in all, I’m still a blissful and jovial person =P

LOL!

*laughs out loud* Good question! am I going to come back to Pg sounding like a ‘shi pu shi’ fella? Well, I wouldn’t dare to comment on that. As far as I’m concerned, my tongue is twisting and rolling hard, trying to find an equilibrium between English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien…X_X But aye, it doesn’t really matter since I know where my roots are =P It’s embedded within the land in Pg =P

Alright, I had a great time yesterday! IK aka Ikatan Kristian actually organised this event called the ‘Northern Gathering’ with the objective of gathering all the students of the northern regions-Perlis, Penang, Kedah etc. I managed to stay for a little while because I had to move on to cell group after that ;D Aww…did I feel resentful? Surely NOT =P CG rocks man! =D Alright, in UTM, the IK has a room of its own. It’s neither big nor small, but by God’s grace, the people will multiply. =D It’s been a fun night for me because after that, we headed to the FKE[Fakulti Kejuruteraan Elektrik] for some late night snacks! =D Roti Canai ler, what else :p

So for today, I’ll be going to church prayer at about 3.30pm, just to prepare myself spiritually. I haven’t left God out of the picture, but sharing fellowship with other people’s certainly out of the picture for the past weeks…But doesn’t matter, I’ll be enjoying my fellowship once again! =D

P.S My guitar skill’s rotting. I picked up the guitar after CG yesterday and started to play some random stuff…err…it’s rotting-lah =P

P.S 2: UTM will always be ~GREENER~ than USM. =P [LOL! Battle of the unis XD]

JB City Square outing! =D

Alright alright, I decided to parasite my FKSG seniors to Johor Bahru =P Come on, it’s kinda boring to be dwelling within the forests of UTM =P I’m no druid or any nature fanatic =P So anyway, I went out to JB City Square! =D I was in anticipation because to be honest, it’s my first time going out with my friends/seniors out of Skudai =P So anyway, we walked all the way to the main gate which was quite a distance from our college[Hostel] and we had to wait for almost 30 minutes in order for us to board the bus.

Alright, we arrived at JB City Square and coincidentally, there was some artists who were present there as well…=.= Yea, you got that right, people were cheering and applauding, squealing from the bottom of their hearts out and my ear-drums almost got busted because of them…Oh oh! I had a culture shock as well because the way they present themselves in their outfit simply reminds me of a new age movement…Weird hair-do, high stockings, heavy goth makeup and etc…I had chills running down my spine…And aye, my lunch was costly…and we watched the movie Hancock with Will Smith as the leading actor. I didn’t quite like the movie though but it was FUN! XD

We then went to have dinner at someplace near Taman Sri Puteri and we had duck =P *Giggles* One thing about Johor is that her places are distinguished using “Taman”. For eg, Taman Sri Puteri, Taman Universiti, Taman Pulai etc. So it was a fun day afterall. I’m sorry my dear friends, if I haven’t been posting for the past few days because from the distance from my college to this CICT is quite troublesome at times…I wish I had a notebook[not made of paper mind you] with me right now. =D Nevermind nevermind, patience is virtue. =D

I’m thinking of joining…ROTU[Reserved Officers Training Unit]. Put it simply, becoming an army. =P *hush* Don’t tell my mom or any relatives yet =P I haven’t confirmed…At least I get to feel how Joshua in the Bible felt right? =P And the chances of me joining the English Debating Society are quite high, because English Speaking Chinese can scarcely be found in UTM…And I might be joining the JKM as an agent. An agent is like a person who’s involved with the orientation of the juniors every year. =D

I really miss you guys back in Penang ler…=D
